Rishi Persad recently came down to my gym to get an idea of how I train to keep fit and stay at the top of my game.

Laura was in the hot seat for part two of the general knowledge quiz. I scored five and a half out of ten……Let’s see how she gets on!

Well sort of General Knowledge!

Laura Pike is a Jockey who rides for David Simcock, she has had a very good season and one to keep an eye on this winter.

Laura  kindly cooked for me the other evening and we did this quiz for a bit of light entertainment. I went first…. Simple things!!

I had an amazing weekend! It kicked off on Saturday when, I headed up to Leeds for my sister Gemma’s 30th birthday celebrations. It was fancy dress so me and my oldest sister Connie teamed up and went as Patsy & Eddy from Absolutely Fabulous, we got more into character as the night went on! I think we pulled it off.

I was up early the next day and headed over to Manchester to watch the Derby with my Dad, I have only been to one football match before and that was Notts County (my team). I was invited by Sir Alex so I was there to support United, I’m not sure if I’ll get asked back after their 6-1 defeat. Still, I had a brilliant day, what an atmosphere, I’m hooked!
